Senior Vice President & Chief People & Culture Officer
Alicia Goodman is BERG’s Senior Vice President & Chief People & Culture Officer responsible for growing and developing the human capital that will drive the growth of our business. Alicia has worked for over 20 years with across all aspects of human resources. With her global experience, she has led teams in North America, Asia and Europe. She has a strong understanding of how to connect business needs with the people who can help achieve the business goals.
Prior to BERG, Alicia led Global HR teams in both Alvogen and Novartis working within generic, pharmaceutical, and consumer health divisions. She also has significant HR experience outside the life sciences industry in telecommunications, market research and financials industries. In many of these roles, she was responsible for driving large scale transformations in the organizations, including functional realignments, corporate restructurings and merger and acquisition integrations.
Alicia has a Bachelors of Science from Michigan State University, and a Masters of Science, Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University. She is also a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (HRCI), a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (ATD), and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM).
